Projects
Ukraine's first comprehensive online information platform about transgender issues and the transition process. Verified information, practical guides, and helpful resources—all in one place.
Perehid.Hub (PEREHID.HUB) is a Ukrainian online information platform created by the Resistance team to gather and organize key information about transgender identity and the transition process in one place.
The platform helps users access reliable and up-to-date information in the Ukrainian context—regardless of their level of awareness or stage of transition.
The materials on PerehidHub are based on the principles of evidence-based medicine and current Ukrainian legislation. The platform is regularly updated with new articles and practical guides.
Medical Transition: Information on hormone therapy, medical procedures, finding trans-friendly healthcare providers, and preparing for appointments.
Legal Transition: Resources on document changes, legislation, and the rights of trans people in Ukraine.
Health and Well-Being: Information on mental and sexual health, support, and self-care.
Social aspects: resources on coming out, relationships, interactions with loved ones, and the everyday experiences of trans people.
Useful Resources: Information about available assistance, events, news, and community stories.
First and foremost, for transgender people and non-binary people, particularly those who are exploring their identity, planning to transition, or are already in the process of transitioning.
The platform will also be useful to the loved ones of trans people, medical and mental health professionals, social workers, journalists, and anyone who wants to better understand the topic of transgender issues.
PerehodHub is a long-term knowledge base that evolves alongside the community’s needs and changes in the Ukrainian context.
The project was implemented by the NGO “Resistance” with support from CISU and LGBT+ Danmark.
