Our organization participated in strategic planning alongside the Swedish organization RFSL. This meeting marked an important milestone in the development of our partnership and provided an opportunity to jointly shape our vision for the coming year.
Over the course of several days, we discussed priorities and directions for future joint initiatives, worked on strengthening partnerships, and learned about effective advocacy strategies. For us, it was an opportunity to exchange experiences, ideas, and best practices that will help us better support our communities and defend human rights.
The meeting with activists from Albania proved to be particularly valuable. We discussed the challenges faced by civil society organizations, shared our own experiences, success stories, and tools that help build strong and sustainable initiatives even under difficult conditions.
We sincerely thank RFSL for its support, trust, partnership, and the opportunity to grow together.
